    One of my favourite spot in Bham. This place would fulfill my craving on ramen and bubble tea in one go! It is quite hard to find a restaurant which can do well on both different cuisine.Food are nice, price is reasonable, friendly staffs. Never get disappointed.Food /Staff /Cleanness /

    Me and my sister were debating the best bubble tea in Birmingham, a few weeks ago but I always thought London had more choice. So didn’t Couldn’t give her a good example until today! I happened to stumble into this place by accident. STOP DEBATING!! This is the one . Please try the passionate Yakult. The passion fruit and mango pearls go so well with it too. This place is so lovely and cute too. Felt like home. I’ll be back like terminator!! ️️️

    Saturday afternoon, my wife and I were strolling through Birmingham when we stumbled upon Sweet & Ramen, an unexpected gem. Intrigued by the unique combination of Japanese ramen and traditional Hong Kong desserts on their menu, we decided to step in—and we were so glad we did!The ramen was hearty and satisfying, with a rich broth that brought authentic Japanese flavours to life. But what truly surprised us was the 豆腐花 (tofu pudding), a traditional Hong Kong dessert that instantly transported us back to childhood memories. The silky-smooth texture, paired with a perfectly balanced sweet syrup, was simply divine. It’s rare to find such an authentic taste outside Hong Kong, and the presentation was impeccable, as seen with the vibrant touch of citrus zest on top.The cosy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. Sweet & Ramen is truly a place where East Asian cuisines beautifully meet. Whether you’re craving a bowl of ramen or a nostalgic dessert, this spot is an absolute must-visit. We’ll certainly be returning the next time we’re in Birmingham!
